Brief Answer:
It can be drug induced

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

I have read your detailed history and your past threads. Seems like you have already been through alot. This issue has been discussed with several doctors in the previous threads and they all have excluded the primary causes in your case.

Since most of the tests in your case specially, ultrasound and blood levels of liver function tests are quite normal, I think what we are left with, are drug induced false positive test results.

Of all the medications you are taking, congentin aka phenothiazine can cause such results. No other possible cause seems to be in your case. Other drugs which you are taking don't impart these results.

For further reassurance, you can repeat liver function tests, viral serologies and ultrasound liver for such urine levels. If these turn out to be normal, and no evidence of congenital biliary tract diseases or obstruction features are noted then, don't worry about these results very much. Mostly tests aims at detecting urine color and strips can give such false results.

For proteinuria, best test would be to collect 24 hour urine in a container and get it tested for 24 hour proteinuria, and that will tell whether it is significant to bother about a kidney disease or not. Also renal function tests and an ultrasound KUB for renal parenchymal ehogenecity and Corticomedulary differentiation will reveal whether to look for a renal disease or leave it as such.

Drink plenty of water before repeating test and possibly stop the offending drugs 24 hours before test to get reliable results.
