Brief Answer:
Urine Culture and sensitivity.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic,
I have gone through your history and lab reports. The reports of the urine culture and antibiotic sensitivity suggested presence of E. Coli infection and sensitive to Amikacin ,Ciprofloxacin and Levofloxacin.
Tests for chlamydia and Gonorrhea includes urine examination and Culture and sensitivity. As you have undergone this and showed positive only for E-Coli infection, it rules out presence of chlamydia and Gonorrhea infection.
For your symptoms I would suggest you to take Tab Ciprofloxacin, 500 mg, twice daily for atleast 5 days. You will need to consult a physician to get the prescription.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thank you.

Hello Doctor.
Thank you very much. I want to know if there would be chlamydia or gonorrhea would a normal urine culture show it. And what would the result be if I had chlamydia or gonnorhe.
Or is there any other better test other than urine test to detect gonnorhe and chlamydia.
What would be the reason for E.Coli.

Brief Answer:
No, chlamydia or gonorrhea in normal urine
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It is my pleasure to answer your query,
If the urine culture is normal it confirms that there is no other infections like chlamydia or gonorrhea.
If there is chlamydia or gonorrhea infection, the urine culture report will be positive for chlamydia or gonorrhea organisms.
The culture test for chlamydia or gonorrhea infection includes swab taken from a discharge from the end of the penis.
Other tests for these organisms includes
Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)
Nucleic acid amplification tests (NAAT)
Direct fluorescent antibody test (DFA)
As your culture has not shown these organisms, it confirms that you are not having chlamydia or gonorrhea infections.
If you want to have this test you may consult a microbiologist and their role in diagnosis of chlamydia or gonorrhea infections.
Thank you.

Thank you doctor.
So you mean to tell if I had chlamydia or gonnorhe. The normal urine culture would turn positive.
And which antibiotic would show sensitive for gonnorhe and chlamydia.
For now my report showed sensitive for Amikacin , ciprofloxacin and LEVOFLOXACIN. Is this for E coli.
And I want to know what is the reason for E coli infection. It is the first time I getting it.
So urine culture is more than enough for conclusion that there is no chlamydia or gonorrhea.

Brief Answer:
Antibiotics is for E -Coli infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Antibiotics is for Urinary tract infection (UTI)
Caused by a bacteria E - Coli. Tab Ciprofloxacin, 500 mg, twice a day for 5 days will help to cure the condition.
Reason for E- Coli infection is mainly because it is a normal comensal of the urinary tract, whenever there is a favorable environment like dehydration, retrograde movement of urine, poor hygiene and any other infection in the body can lead to UTI.
Yes urine culture is enough to confirm the presence of gonorrhea and chlamydia infection in urine.
Thank you.
