What Does My X-ray Report Of My Fractured Elbow Indicate?

Question: Hi, I got an x-ray on a fractured elbow today at my doctor's office. I have attached that file. I am 33, I work in front of a computer all day using my arms and wrists, and I play guitar professionally in a band. So the elbow gets used a lot. Does this fracture type require surgery? Should I see a surgeon right away? Or can it wait in a brace until Thursday, my appt time to see an ortho, and just get casted then?
Brief Answer:
It requires surgical fixation.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through the xray attached. It shows fracture medial epocondyle humerus. It requires surgical fixation. So it is better to see your orthopaedic surgeon for proper management.
Hope this will help you.
Warm regards.
