Brief Answer:
H I V & its confirmatory tests.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
As you mentioned that rna tests was NEGATIVE ( window period 4 weeks but you got it after 52 days i.e. most conclusive test ).
Because you are so stressed so get in this test:
Western blot is the most commonly used confirmatory test and detects antibodies to HIV1 & 2 antigens of specific molecular weights.
Antibodies to HIV begin to appear within 2 ( TWO WEEKS ) weeks of infection , and the period of time between initial infection and the development of detectable antibodies is rarely > months ( more than 3 months ) .
The HIV p24 antigen can be measured using an enzyme immunoassay ( E IA ) type capture assay.
Plasma p24 antigens levels rise during the first few weeks following infection, prior to the appearance of anti-HIV antibodies.
I mentioned in DETAIL about test and about antigens ( HIV 1 &2 ) antibodies , so that you relax .
However you HIV free on the basis of rna test but if you have any doubt get in WESTERN BLOT TEST.
Hope this will be helpful for you.
Further any question I will reply in follow up.
Good luck.
