What Does Node On The Testicle Suggest?
Question: Hi,
There is a little fragment attached it seems to my left testicle. I would describe it as if it were a little piece of rock fragment that broke off. I have to locate it to feel it, haven't noticed it before but I've had it for years now. It is fine but I tried to pop it and when I squeezed it it hurt. But there is no tell sign I have one unless you feel around for it and sometimes it's difficult for myself to locate it. What is this?

Brief Answer:
Scrotal ultrasound is prudent to diagnose.
Detailed Answer:
Good Day and thank you for being with Healthcare Magic!
A nodule in the tube in the testis is very common and it is usually a collection of sperm in the tube or spermatocoele. It is always benign and nature and has no clinical significance.
To be sure of the diagnosis I would recommend doing a scrotal ultrasound just to confirm the diagnosis.
