Question: what does this mean: Nonspecific punctate calcification within the right frontal parafalcine region is noted

It means there are few small calcifications in right frontal region of the brain adjacent to falx(falx is situated in mid line).Calcifications may be due to many reasons.It is generally non specific and doesn't require any treatment.
It may be healed stage of infection like neurocysticercosis,tuberculoma etc.
Other causes may be old trauma,infarct etc.
It is important to know your symptoms and reasons for CT scan.
