I also have several tiny bumps on my buttock and I am experiencing frequent urination and back pain

The Groin.jpg is where I have the Lump.The Lump looks normal but is a bit painful when pressed.There is a red area near my groin close to the lump which seems like a skin tear.I have this on both the sides of my groin.
