                                            Question : I have white bumps at the base of penis not painfull .i can squeeze them and get a white creamy pus out, like acme with no fluid. had them since 16 years of age.

From the description it appears to be a sebaceous cyst. These things contain creamy fluid which comes out if pressed. Fortunately these are not serious.
If it gets infected it will need course of antibiotics and probably surgical removal. Till then it can be observed or even removed if it bothers you.
