Question: Hi,
I've had a upper respiratory infection and my Dr. gave me Levaquin and now my penis is raw on the outside, burning and I suspect a yeast infection. Any self treatment known I can use to be rid of this ? I've made a call into my Dr. but it's the weekend. I'm a 59 year old w/m and I haven't had any exposure to anything that would cause this.

Brief Answer:
Go and get topical antifungal from your local store, the pharmacy isle

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM: You do not need to emergently see your doctor, please note that many anti-fugal creams in the pharmacy isle, many of them contain sulfur, read the labels, if you have noticed SELSUN BLUE believe it or not that can help.

Avoid moisture and change your underwear Three times a day, make sure your underwear is cotton, put Petroleum jelly to keep it from cracking. This should hold you up until your doctor is open on Monday.

Thanks and regards.
