Question: Fell back and hit back of head on hardwood floor 3 evenings ago. Was not knocked out. Next day my back was sore I assume from the fall but head was all right. 3 days later my back is feeling fine but I've been having mild tension like headache. No nausea no bump on head or cut. Should I be worried?

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry about

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the question.
I have gone through your medical history in detail.

As long as you have no vomiting, ear, nose or throat bleeding, you need not worry at all.

But if the headache is severe, then you should initially take analgesic anti inflammatory tablets for 2 days.

The pain will surely come down.

If you do not find any improvement, then you can get a MRI/CT scan of the brain to rule out internal injury.

In my personal opinion, the injury seems to be just a blunt trauma with inflammation of the soft tissues.

Do let me know once the reports are ready so that i can be in a better position to help you.

I hope the answer was useful.

Feel free to ask me any follow up queries that you may have.

Thank you.
Kind regards.

I did feel like i was going to faint when i woke up this mornin but may have been dehydrated and just anxiety ridden from the whole thing. Would that be a possible connection to a brain trauma siruation? Or is it entirely seperate?

Brief Answer:
mostly,not related

Detailed Answer:
Mostly this incidence is not related to the trauma incident.

Usually the brain related symptoms present within 48 hours after trauma.

But possibility of brain injury cannot be entirely ruled out until the scanning is done.
thanks
