What Does Persistent Vaginal Bleeding Indicate?
Question: I am 47 years old. My cycle had stopped for couple months, and now It starts to come back and I have been spotting almost a month. Should I be comcerned about the issue?

As you stopped bleeding last couple of months, may be you are going in menopause but as you are spotting for one month, it is better to go for further investigations to rule out the cause.
It could be due to hormonal disturbances,polyp
Fibroid and endometrial carcinoma.
So get your pelvic ultrasound along with hysteroscopic endometrial biopsy to rule out the above mentioned causes.
