What Does Pill In Stool When On Bupropion XL Indicate?
Question: I take Bupropion XL 2x150 mg and I am finding pills in my stool. They are not just an empty shell but they contain white substance inside. Does that mean I am not getting my dose?

Can I ask how long it takes to notice a difference from Bupropion XL? I was taking 150mg for 4 weeks and then bumped up to 300mg. I have done that now for 5 weeks in addition to the the 4 weeks prior. Shouldn't I have felt some change in XXXXXXX and pleasure in 9 weeks of being on this medicine? I have the most difficulty with XXXXXXX pleasure, feelings of love and interest in the activities I uesd to do. Thank you for your time.
Brief Answer:
hi. you need to be patient
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome. Well, it is known that for this type of antidepressant it may take even 2-3months till you experience improvement so it is bit early to judge, but of course if there wont be improvement in next 4 weeks then you should consider switching medication and i dont recommend increase of dosage anymore. also, medications should be combined with psychotherapy and lifestyle changes, since anttidepressants wont solve rational personal problems. If you follow this, I am sure you will find appropriate medical therapy and feel better soon. WIsh you good health.
