Brief Answer: Normal size of pineal gland is 6-9 mm Detailed Answer: Hello XXXX Thanks for your query. The normal size of Pineal gland in the brain measure approximately 6–9 mm. Since the MRI report says that your pineal gland measures 13 mm, the increase in size can be attributed to the presence of cyst in the pineal gland. If possible, kindly upload the MRI report. It will be helpful for us to understand your concern better. Wishing you a good health. Take care.
