What Does "placenta Is Situated Anteriorly And Low Lying" Mean?

These are temporary. Not relevant right now.
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear. Thanks for giving me an opportunity to address your query.
I am glad to know that the baby is healthy.
Normally the placenta is close to your spine(posterior). When it is close to the abdomen it is called anterior. You might be less able to feel your baby's early kicks and punches because the placenta will serve as a cushion between your baby and your tummy.
When the placenta is low(grade 0) it could partially or completely block off the cervix (and the baby's way out), a condition called placenta previa (which can make a cesarean section necessary).
I have seen that anterior placenta that is also low lying migrates around in the uterus quite a bit during pregnancy and moves into the upper part of the uterus, safely out of the baby's way — by the time you're ready to deliver.
Furthermore placenta position in the uterus can be confirmed in your scans at a later date(during the ninth month).Do not panic. This changes take place naturally during the progression of pregnancy to term. All the best.
Hope this answers your query.
