Brief Answer:
Information on CBC

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

A complete blood count is a number of different measurements. I suppose if the fall was significant and recent, there might be an increase in white blood cells due to inflammation.

An occasional giant platelet cell is not concerning. If there were many of them, and you had a low platelet count, (and usually this goes with abnormal bleeding) then it would be. But "occasional" is not concerning.

Regarding "man metas", this is not an abbreviation for any medical term. The man may stand for manual. If it is something you really want to know, you can call the lab that ran the CBC and ask them, but it doesn't mean anything is wrong medically.

If you want me to take a look at the whole CBC, you can scan your CBC and use the "upload reports" button to upload it to this page.

Given the pain you described, and if it has been going on for more than a few weeks, I would ask your doctor for a referral to either ENT (ear nose throat specialist), or a neurologist. They will examine you and get the MRI if needed.

I hope this information helps.
