Hi, I've had no injury to my head. I've been suffering from headaches lately that I've put down to stress. No other symptoms apart from a pain in the right side of my nose. The lump isn't visible, I only noticed it when rubbing my head. I think there maybe a pimple next to the lumpy area but it's not visible. I have sufferd from migraines and over active thyroid. Thanks
Brief Answer:
As explained below.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Read the feedback carefully.
If the lump is present on both the sides then it can be taken as normal anatomical variation of the skull bone.
If the lump you said is only on one side, it is always better to get this checked by contrast enhanced CT scan of the brain and particularly of the lump on a bony window and with a marker put on the ridge that is being felt.
This will also help for the diagnosis of the headache.
I hope this answer helps you.

Could they be spots/pimples? I now have what feels like 4 spots that are skin colour and sore to touch. Thanks
Brief Answer:
Please give details and post actual photographs if possible.
Detailed Answer:
Are these into the skin or under the skin?
Do they move along with the skin?
