Question: I woke up this morning having "very lite red blood" in my urine. (Like kool-aid) I did go to Pilates and worked hard in the yard yesterday...No symptoms of anything else, feel great...No pain, no swelling,

You had noticed your urine to be little red Today morning without having other urinary symptoms .

In absence of any other complains this is most likely to be due to drinking less water while working whole day resulting your urine to be concentrated and high coloured .

Since you have no other symptoms there is nothing to be worried about.

Ensure you drink more water to keep your urine dilute .

You may take urinary antibiotic like Nitrofurantoin for 4-5 days .
