M.C.V,M.C.H and M.C.H.C values are low & R.D.W percentage is increased and these parameters indicates anemia.Anemia is commonly found in patients with kidney problem due to low erythropoietin level.
RBC count is mildly increased,it may be due to dehydration etc.

Increased lymphocytes may be due to many reasons like viral illness etc.

Epithelial cells and mucus cells are normally present.
