Brief Answer:
You need proper evaluation for hematuria.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

I have gone through your reports in detail.
Blood parameters are almost normal. Ig G indicates past infection and it is a non specific finding. It may be increased in many infections that have occurred in past.

You have mildly raised RBC,hemoglobin and hematocrit level. It may be due to many reasons like chronic hypoxia, dehydration, pulmonary hypertension etc.Mostly it is due to benign reasons. You need clinical correlation.
WBC is within normal level.

Important finding is presence of blood in urine(hematuria). You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Ultrasound of abdomen should be done.Hematuria may be due to many reasons like renal or urinary bladder calculus, infection, tumour etc.
CT scan of abdomen can be done if needed.
USG of abdomen is very important in screening of many conditions.

Proper treatment depend upon findings. You should consult urologist.

Hope I have answered your question.
