Brief Answer:
Diet control and testosterone replacement can be tried.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

The fasting blood sugar level is just above normal range, you don't need any medicines as of now to decrease the blood sugar level. The normal range being below 140, you are in borderline. So no drugs are needed now. You can do some lifestyle modifications and dietary changes to decrease the blood sugar level. Do regular physical exercises like jogging and swimming at least half an hour per day. Avoid high calorie diet such as carbonated beverages and pastries and pastas. Include more fruits and vegetables to your diet. Repeat your blood sugar level(both fasting and post postprandial) after one month, if the level still keep high you might require drugs.
Testosterone level is pretty much low in your case. For your age the lower limit is around 270ng/dl. First of all we have to find out the cause for your low testosterone level. Keep in mind that it starts to decrease each year after age 30. We have to rule out inflammation or other diseases affecting your testes. Aging, Obesity and stress are the other factors which may cause decreased testosterone level in young males.
A good first step is increasing activity levels and maintaining a healthy diet in order to reduce body fat. It can also be helpful to avoid glucocorticoid medications such as prednisone as well as opioid pain medications.
If lifestyle modification fails to increase the hormone level, you might require testosterone replacement therapy(TRT). A carefully formulated TRT treatment plan should avoid undesirable side effects which can arise out of external hormones. Consult an endocrinologist and he will direct you accordingly.
Wishing you good health.
