What Does Recurring Peyronie's-like Pain And Soreness Indicate?

default
Posted on Mon, 16 Oct 2017
Question: Yes, I earlier had peyrones disease some time ago from a 30 mile ride with discomfort. Over time with injections and treatment I was able to be cured of it. Then lately I went on a 40 mile ride with a bad seat adjustment and a lot of pain. I was very sore for a week now and 2 urologists saw it and they don't believe it is permanently damaged (no nodules or bumps). But is still sore and this is how my peyronies started in the past . One said to soak it in a warm tub. I can still get erections and climax. What would you suggest.

Will I be able to get an opinion on this question? Thanks

Brief Answer:
Could be due to inflammation of Urethra (Urethritis)

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that pain in urethra that you have after prolonged ride could be mostly due to inflammation of urethra (Urethritis) resulting from holding of urine for a long time and postural discomfort resulting from long duration ride .

Peyronies disease is a chronic process and takes very long time and results into formation of a palpable nodule in shaft of the penis and is always associated with painful erection and penetration during sexual intercourse .

Since you have mild discomfort and sourness in penis it is mostly due to inflammation of urethra which can be cured by taking anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac and Chymoral forte twice daily for 10-15 days .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
