What Does Red Skin Between Eyes And Lower Forehead Indicate?

Question: I have red & angry looking skin between my eyes/lower forehead. Dermatologist said to use Selsum Blue shampoo on it regularly but it does nothing. Recently, I tried sleeping with an application of it but after a while, it really hurt the bruised skin & I had to wash it off. I've also tried an RX fungal cream I had for something else but that doesn't help either. Can a dermatologist help???

Brief Answer: Rosaceae Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for the photograph. It is not looking like fungal infection. Probably it is rosaceae, a condition arising due to dilatation of blood vessels. I prescribe ointment metronidazole and capsule doxycycline to my patients. They get good relief with it. You can meet your treating doctor and discuss regarding these.
