Question: Hello. I am traveling across Japan now and recently visited a hot spring. It is now 2 days later and have noticed red spots on my legs with a white center. Over the past day the red spots have become more saturated in color and seem to get bigger. These spots are not painful or itchy. I have 2 pictures, day 1 and day 2.

I have read your query. I understand your concern.
Hot spring may cause allergic contact dermatitis due to the heat itself or salts in the water.
It is most of the times associated with itch.
it would have been better and convenient for me to tell you in detail if you could have attached the images here.
Kindly upload your images of the area involved so that I can help you to my best.

Brief Answer:
folliculitis is most likely
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome back.
I have seen the attached photographs.
As per details, it seems to be Folliculitis that is bacterial infection of skin involving the hair follicle.
In such cases, I prefer to advise topical antibiotic cream like mupirocin 2 percent over the affected area. Along with broad spectrum antibiotics are started like combination of ampicillin and cloxacillin.
Keep the area clean and dry.
Get your blood sugar levels done.
You should see to your doctor in person so that he can order tests for you.
I hope I am able to solve your query.
Take care.
