What Does Redness On Testicles With White Spots Indicate?
Question: Hi it has approximately 5 months since I last had sex, unprotected for short period of time ( condom broke) maybe 2 minutes no more than 5. I noticed a month ago after walking for a long period of time and sweating. Noticeable redness of the testicles with white spots (no raised bumps or anything) just spots as well as vertical fissures in the head of my penis with very slightly raised red skin around around the tip. The raised red skin almost comes out in lines from the tip of my penis towards the base of my head. The red affected area is maybe 1 cm in diameter around the tip of my penis. I have genital herpes and have very few outbreaks - less than once a year. Have never seen an outbreak look like this before, could this be an infection of some sort other than my herpes?

Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
You have absolutely nothing to be of concern
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I have reviewed the Images. I don't think you have anything to worry about.
The white spots on scrotum that you seem to be concerned about are actually hair bulbs shinning through the thin skin of scrotum and are absolutely normal.
Redness on glans is also not a concern. Vertical fissures are actually quite normal skin markings.
There seems to be some dryness of glans penis and those changes that you notice are most likely more noticeable due to underlying dryness and therefore you may use a moisturizer e.g vaseline etc and that should make it fine.
This is neither herpes nor infection of any sort.
Regards
