Brief Answer:
Take antibiotics for 2 more weeks .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query and details about the reports of blood ,urine and swab tests after exposure carried out after 8 days .

Ideally it takes about 2-3 weeks for these tests to be reported correctly however negative test results is a good sign .

In view of all these test being negative the only symptom of burning urination can be considered as UTI acquired through unprotected sex .

Please take antibiotic like Cefixime and Nitrofurantoin twice daily along with urine alkalizer Citralka thrice daily .

Ensure to drink more water .This will help to get relief from painful urination .

Repeat blood tests for STD and HIV after 3-4 weeks to be rest assured about acquiring STD .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.

Thanks doctor, i shall do the following tests again in a week.

As for the antibiotics, did you mean to take Cefixime and Nitrofurantoin together? or either one? And what would be the dosage for both?

What about i take zithromax 500mg?

I forgot to mention that i do not feel pain when urinating.
