What Does Severe Itching With Blood Discharge From Finger Indicate?

Question: My friend has a problem in her one finger.She is 24 years old.There is lot of itching and due to that blood and water like fluid comes from that.This problem is since two months.I am attaching the picture of her finger.

It is looking like eczema.
I treat such cases with topical application of a combination of steroid and antibiotic cream like betagent to be applied twice daily for a week.
This gives good results and is safe.
It is usually available over the counter.
You can try this.

Although its not an infective condition but can involve other fingers.
It will not spread to others.
There are no side effects of steroid when used for a short period.
You can give her an antihistamine tablet to control itch.
Just relax.
It's not a dangerous thing.
