What Does Severe Pain In The Feet Indicate?

Question: hi Doctor my 5 years son suddenly complaining of severe feet ache. it started in the evening around 7:30 and even at night he woke up in between due to pain. it's little better in the morning. I'm really worried. what could be the reason.

hi Doctor he just has pain. I don't see anything on his feet that I can take picture. coincidence was that after eating cake he had pain on the root canal tooth which was done 3 months before and the pain subsided after I brushed his teeth. and at night in sleep he complained about the feet pain. when I was pressing on the feet he was feeling good.
