Brief Answer:
Seems to be calf muscle strain or tear.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.

It seems to be calf muscle strain or tear.
Take proper rest. Avoid any activity or exercise that involve painful muscles.
Icing over affected area and application of pain relieving gel will give you some relief in pain.
You can take pain killer like Ibuprofen one tablet twice a day after meals.

If your symptoms are still persisting after the above measures, consult an orthopedic surgeon for further evaluation and management
