Brief Answer:
Needs work up

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Pain hypogastrium with history of some lump needs a little detailed correlation. Wait for work up like ultrasound and urine routine exam to sort out the cause. It could be bowel related or urinary tract related. if constipation in the history that could also cause this problem.

take some antispasmodics for the relief, prefer soft fibrous diet and plenty of fluids and wait and see for the labs result. Only then one can advise about medication and treatment after knowing the cause for it. It will for sure be benign and easily manageable. However this lump you mentioned should be evaluated and managed accordingly.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
