I assume you are talking about discharge from vagina. It can be due to Fungal Infection , Pelvic Inflammatory disease.
But if you had discharge from urethra , you need to be tested for Sexually Transmitted Diseases , if you are sexually active.
If you have pain in abdomen with burning micturation , you need to be tested for Renal / Ureteric stones.
In Urinary Tract Infection , you usually don't get a discharge and it is usually associated with fever.
As far as your symptoms and urine analysis is concerned , your Urine test is normal.
