Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the ecg attached by you I would like to tell you that the ecg is a normal sinus rhythm with some non specific t wave changes in leads I avl with tall tented t waves.

If I would be the treating doctor the I would have advised an echo, TMT and serum electrolyte levels to this patient to rule out any underlying issues.

Ecg per se is not abnormal but needs further evaluation specially if patient is above 40 and have diabetes or hypertension.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
