What Does Spotting Post Unprotected Sex With Negative UPT Indicate?

Question: My 19 year old daughter had sex on 26 dec, they used a condom she says it didn't burst. Her period was due on 3 January but it can some months be anything up to 2 weeks late in coming. She has had some period like pains over past few days, her skin is very spotty (which is usual around period time) and today has brown discharge. She would often have this discharge at the start of her period but only for maybe a morning but has had it for the whole of today. We did a pregnancy test on 3 January and this was negative. Is there still a chance that she could be pregnant, I'm out of my mind with worry
Brief Answer:
Not pregnant
Detailed Answer:
Hi
