Brief Answer:
Don't worry

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The report you are describing is that of PAP smear.
Superficial and intermediate squamous cells are normal findings.
Meta plastic cells are also normal, it does not signify any problem.
Severe inflammatory background may mean that you have some infection, which can be easily treated with vaginal pessaries.

PAP smear are done every three years to rule any chance of cervical cancer.
Your above report is normal from cancer point of view, so please do not worry.

You can get a antibiotic vaginal pessary to cure the inflammation and next repeat PAP is only required 3 years from now, if all your previous PAPs have been normal.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
