Brief Answer:
You can go for FNAC initially.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have seen attachments.
You can go for FNAC (Fine Needle aspiration Cytology ) of the swelling initially.
If it is inconclusive, you can get a Biopsy.
But, the diagnosis is confirmed only by histopathological examination only.
If you come back after the report, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health

What is your initial impression by seeing reports and can you conclude that swelling is not on other parts of body ( by observing CT Scan reports).
Any specific reason you can cite for this swelling ( as my doctor says it could be because of infection, TB or it could be cancer)
Thanks,
XXXX

Brief Answer:
It looks like lymph node swelling.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your reports, it looks like Lymph node swelling.
It is present in the axilla.
Actually, multiple lymphnodes will be present in axilla. They are enlarged due to infection, Cancer, Tuberculosis etc.
Only investigations like FNAC and/or Biopsy will confirm the diagnosis.
Get FNAC first. Then go for Biopsy if it is not conclusive.
Most probably, it looks like Infection. But, it has to be confirmed by above tests only
Wish you good health.
Regards
