What Does Swelling On Foot At End Of Day Suggest?
I am doing so much better. My foot is healing nicely, the swelling has gone down to a minimum
, although it still does concern me why it is still swelling by the end of the day. It gets to a point where it swells but doesn't go any further if that makes sense. I don't know if there is anything I can do to help the swelling. I still ice pack once a day but it doesn't make much difference. The bruising is going nicely but still around my toes and underneath my foot. I have started Physio to help strengthen the foot and he is happy with everything that he can see. Still not weight bearing and am now at week four so two weeks to go to see my consultant.

It is normal and due to dependancy of foot. You can help this by avoid keeping your foot dependant as far as possible. Keeping limb elevated specially during resting and night time will help reducing swelling. Excercises of foot and toes help in building muscle tone and reducing swelling. Antiinflamatory such as ibuprofen help in reducing swelling.
