Hi there.
These are the upper end & the lower end of a blood pressure reading.
They have to be taken in conjunction for the age & the cardiovascular status & vary at different times of day also if there are stressors around.
At your age, they could be a normal reading unless you have been diagnosed with hypertension.
However, these things are best interpreted by your treating family physician & assessed as an ongoing record which am sure he/she will have kept in your medical file.
It does not require an immediate intervention. Observe & use less salt in your diet & do always check some 10 minutes or so after enetring a clinic & relaxing before checking..else it will be on the higher side.
