Hello There

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that sinus bradycardia doesn’t need a treatment always. Sinus bradycardia means your heart rate is on lower side but is in a rhythm.

Sinus bradycardia or heart rate less than 60 bpm is commonly normal in people who are very active physically like athletes. Few medical conditions can also cause you low heart rate like hypothyroidism, inflammatory heart disease or certain medication.

Sinus bradycardia can be a concern if you are experiencing any giddiness or episodes of fall. For proper guidance in your case , kindly upload your ecg from your dashboard and let me know if

1. You are on any kind of medication ( mention names )
2. Any existing medical condition

3. Any eye drops if you are using ( mention name)

4. Any herbal product

5. How long are you experiencing low heart beat

Kindly revert back with required details for proper opinion.

Kind Regards

Hello sir !
complete health checkup report is being attached herewith including ECG in the end. Please find the attached reports.

Answer to your questions:
1.Any kind of medication?
Answer- No sir.
2. Any existing medical condition?
Answer: No sir, not in my knowledge.
3. Any eye drops if you are using?
No sir.
4. Any herbal product?
Eating vegitables, fruits and salads regularly to decrease carbohydrate intake.
5.How long are you experiencing low heart beat ?
Answer: I am not experiencing anything. It was just a scheduled health checkup and i came to know about it.

Additional Information: I am not an athlete. But yes I am not a lazy guy. I do my daily work myself like washing my cloth etc. I even run behind little kids play with them.. thats my nature if it matters. Also from last 8-9 months i have started walking for around 3-4 km in the evening to keep myself active. I blood pressure remains in lower side like (110-120)/(70-80) or may be even lower in fasting. I have never seen it breaching 120 or 130.

Sometimes I get nervous. For example If i have to give a speech in front of audience or if i m giving an interview, my heart beat increase to such level that even i can feel it.

Thank you

Brief Answer:
Hello again

Detailed Answer:
We all get nervous at times which leads to running heart. This is quite normal.

If you don’t have any symptoms and you keep yourself physically active then there is nothing to be concerned about. Also the blood reports which you have attached are essentially within normal range.

RBBB can be a normal ecg variation found in significant number of individuals. Your slightly lower heart rate can be the result of your good physical activity levels.

Just to be on the sure side, just get an echocardiogram done once.

Kind Regards
