Brief Answer:
No serious abnormality

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

Heart rate 95 bpm is OK if you were nervous.
Right atrial abnormality is not a significant finding on ECG. ECG is not as informative for right atrial abnormalities. If you have breathlessness, lung problems, I would advise you to undergo echocardiography.
In case you don't have any serious lung disease, there is nothing to worry.

I could give more sure answer if I could have a look on your ECG.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health

Brief Answer:
Welcome back

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

I had a look on your ECG, there is no serious abnormality. Nothing to be concerned, unless you have complaints. In case of complaints ECG is not enough, there will be a need for echocardiography and other tests.
