Brief Answer:
clinically normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,

I have gone through the attached ECG report carefully.

It is clinically normal except that of sinus tachycardia which is nothing but the increased the heart rate under normal circumstances like anxiety, strong emotions, physical exertion etc.

Tachycardia is sinus means it is NOT abnormal or not showing any abnormal waves.

Also,I did not find any T wave abnormality in any leads. Interpretation of ECG machine should not be taken into consideration clinically.

However, you can just let me know if your wife is having any clinical symptoms or if this ECG has been done as a part of routine check up.

Regards,

Dr.Sandip Kabra
