Brief Answer:
Low GFR in your case need clinical correlation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

Your findings suggests low GFR.Glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is a test used to determine functional status of kidneys.
Older people will have lower normal GFR levels because GFR decreases with age.
Findings should be corroborated with other renal function tests.
It is important to know your symptoms and reasons for investigations.
GFR is advised in conditions like chronic diabetes mellitus, hypertension, family history of renal disease, recurrent UTI etc.

Low GFR in your case need clinical correlation. If you don't have any symptoms then you shouldn't be worried. It may be age a related finding.
