Brief Answer:
yes it is fine. Do allergy skin prick test

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
I have seen the reports and prescriptions
Definitely the IgE is very high which indicates allergy.
The present medicines are appropriate and you can give as prescribed.
Do regular follow up to decrease or taper the medicines once control is achieved which may take a few months.
Also for allergy do allergy skin prick test by allergy specialist in your city.
This will help in identifying the triggers and avoiding them.
Wishing your child good health and speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun
