There is no demyelinating plaque s/o MS(multiple sclerosis) in visualized mid brain,pons,medulla and upper part of spinal cord(sagittal image).
It is important to see other MRI images in axial section.
If possible please upload axial images at ventricular level.
Plaques of MS are typically found in peri-ventricular,peri-callosal region etc.
