Brief Answer:
There is compression of nerves in the neck.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and have gone through the MRI reports of cervical spine.

As per the report, there is bulging of discs at multiple levels, which are mild in nature. This along with arthritis of joints in the neck has resulted in narrowing at the area, where nerves emerge out from the spinal cord to go the arms, and hands.

This pinching of nerves in the neck can lead to neck and arm pain, along with tingling, numbness and weakness of arms, hands, etc.

In the initial phase, treatment consists of medications such as pregabalin or gabapentin capsules, along with physiotherapy (ultrasound, IFT, traction, etc).

Steroid injection is needed if above treatment fails.

I hope it helps.

Best wishes,
