What Does The MRI Report Indicate?
Please send your MRI report.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,
Thank you for posting your query on HCM.
Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that the finding you are telling on MRI that you are developing arthritis will need further evaluation , for which we need to see the MRI report in detail .
Since you have been diagnosed with CRPS we need to take your doctors word for that or else you need to send the previous reports to look for the authenticity for the same .
Since you mention you had a high foot arch so in my opinion mechanical component will be much more as compared to everything else because in high foot arch the pressure distribution is mainly over toes and bones adjoining so injury is continuous at those points. So please send us the reports because treatment will be according to diagnosis and we need to determine that first .
Take care.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,
Thank you for reverting back.
Well by this report we cannot judge as there are so many types of arthritis , whether it is degenerative that is age related or inflammatory arthritis will determine the treatment , so need the full report for that .
Secondly dont worry about sesamoid bones , it healing or not healing wont affect your pain .
Have you got other symptoms like swelling, skin discoloration , skin changes on your feet which must be there for CRPS then you can try the injection , it may be beneficial as your doctor remains the best judge as he has examined you.
