What Does The PET Scan Report Indicate?

Meaning given below.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted the PET CT scan findings of your brain.
The first point is that cancer has been excluded.
Secondly, there is mild cerebral atrophy (shrinkage of brain). In addition, there is increased size of ventricles, which normally contain the cerebro-spinal fluid (CSF). This finding can be seen normally as well as in a condition called as normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH).
Patients with NPH present with symptoms such as memory loss, loss of urinary/bladder control and imbalance while walking. If these symptoms are present, then, we need to treat NPH. Otherwise, no further action is needed for that.
I hope my reply has helped you.
I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
Best wishes,
