Question: SGOT =61, SGPT=97, GGT=83.
I am a heavy drinker. I have attached my report.

As per the reports AST, ALT, GGT which are markers of alcohol induced liver damage are high.These are moderately high and thus I would strongly recommend to reduce your alcohol intake, preferably stop drinking.Consult a deaddiction center(if possible).Kindly consult a physician and get your blood pressures checked.

Kindly be advised that further alcohol consumption will result in further damage of liver and complications over a period of time.Liver damage are reversible at early stages like that of yours.

I am glad that the lipids, kidney function tests and reat are healthy. However Vitamin D and folic acid supplements have to taken.Nothing to panic.
