Brief Answer:
All findings are related to B thalassemia trait.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have B thalassemia trait. Your all findings are very common in that.
Roueleux formation meand your rbcs are stick together in stack of coin like pattern. Hypochromic rbc means more pallor rbcs. Microcytic rbc means smaller rbc. Eliptocytes, ovalocytes and tear drop cells are shape of rbcs. These all findings are commonly seen in B thalassemia trait.

You should not worry about that.
Just regularly check your hemoglobin.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
