Brief Answer:
Seizures to consider, please provide more information.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have examined the reports you uploaded.

CT scan seems to be normal (the jpg is low quality).

CSF examination is not complete, (missing the pressure, color, appearance, protein, etc.), however total leukocyte count of 20/mm3 may indicate viral meningitis.

One of the jpg's you uploaded was blank.

Please provide more information about how started unconsciousness, any limb jerks, slurred speech, abnormal eyes movements prior to it, how long did it last, fever, etc.

Also, if you possess additional tests results ( blood tests, description of CSF examination, CT scan report ), please provide them.

In my opinion, seizures should be considered too.

Awaiting for more information........

Brief Answer:
Treatment for viral infection should be started.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

Since your father is in dialysis, electrolytes imbalance should be considered too as a possible condition that may affect consciousness and may cause even seizures.

Blood tests about electrolytes levels, EEG of the brain should be carried out to understand better your father's condition and treatment should be started if any abnormalities are found.

In the meantime, since cerebrospinal fluid examination is suggestive of viral infection, treatment should be started for meningitis and/or encephalitis too.

Discuss with your father's Doctor about these issues.

Hope this helps.

Take care.
