Brief Answer:
Please upload as a .ISO file.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up and putting up efforts to upload the data on google drive.
However,I am afraid to say that the way you have put up the individual data packets on the drive is very tough to manage. It will take more than a hour to just download the individual data packets and task is cumbersome and frustrating, on the top.
I request you to please convert the MRI CD into ISO file with help of 'Daemon tools free' or 'Magic ISO'-http://www.filehippo.com/download_magiciso/
Please upload this .ISO file on google drive and share the link here.
Waiting for your follow-up.

Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up.
I am concerned for you. Please don't get disheartened.I am using these softwares for years now.
Anyway, here is a another option for you. You can try zipping all the files in the CD and upload the single zipped file. The problem with what you have uploaded is that each individual file has to be downloaded and google drive doesn't allow for downloading a complete folder. So if you can use default zipping feature in your OS, and upload it and share the link of google drive, I can see it using my DICOM viewer. Don't get disheartened.
Waiting for your follow-up.

Brief Answer:
MRI has some juxtacortical lesions/Clinical correlation needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up.
I can understand you have been in a lot of trouble all through here.
I already downloaded your MRI with one of the moderator's help but could not revert back as the query was not open from your side.
I must say there are some definite juxtacortical hyperintense lesions on MRI,which can be seen in MS.
But,diagnostic criteria of MS is not fulfilled here unless we make a clinical correlation. So,please tell whether you had any clinical history of neurological deficits like limb weakness, sensory loss, facial deviation or abnormal eye movements.
A follow-up MRI should be done after 3 months to observe whether the lesions resolve, remain as such or some new lesions develop or not.
A cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) study should be done to analyse for oligoclonal bands(OCB's) and igG index, which can be abnormally raised in MS.Please discuss with your treating neurologist regarding this.
It's wiser to put you up on steroid therapy and observe if the MRI lesion load disappear.
Lastly,Please upload the Radiologist's opinion on MRI.Let me have a look, what he thinks about the lesions.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have some follow-up queries,I shall be glad to answer else, please close the thread-rate it and write a review.Your rating will be of help to me.
