Brief Answer:
These findings show minor abnormalities.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted the medical details of your dad. I have also seen the CT scan brain findings. These are not normal. They represent minor abnormalities.

Tiny hemorrhagic focus refers to a small area of bleeding on the right side of brain. No action is needed, as it improves on own.

Old lacunar infarct refers to a small area of reduced blood flow on the right side of brain. This can increase the risk of stroke in future. To prevent brain stroke, he should be on blood thinners such as aspirin or clopidogrel and statin.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
